Hi, my name is Cameron!

Healing, understanding, and change are things all people long for at some point in their lives. My own journey through these drew me to pursue a degree in Mental Health Counseling. I consider it a privilege to partner with clients as they explore their own stories.

My approach to counseling draws from psychodynamic theory, which looks at how a person’s past and development impact their present. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral interventions to address a client’s thoughts and actions as I work collaboratively with them. I primarily work with adult clients (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, spirituality, or with their relationships.

My background includes a Masters degree in Counseling from Western Seminary, along with almost ten years of pastoral ministry. I previously earned a Masters degree in Biblical and Theological studies from Western Seminary. I’m happy to incorporate a Christian worldview as much or as little as a client would prefer.

In my free time, I love running around with my wife and two children. I enjoy time with my friends, whether it’s the energy and exercise of basketball or discussing a compelling novel in our book club. I also appreciate the quiet solitude and calm of a good book or walk in nature.
